Cable laying services differ in terms of capabilities like may require cable laying services for low voltage (LV), medium voltage (MV) or higher voltage (HV) cables up to 33 KV

High Tension (HT) Cables

High tension(HT) lines are using much higher voltages (11kV,33kV,66kV,110kV etc) .It is used to transmit power to large distances by increasing voltage and decreasing current,so as to reduce I^2 R losses. HT lines uses thinner conductors than LT line.

High Tension limes carry power from the generator over long distances and are generally at or above 115kV.
